Refund & Return Policy
 

At Prastuti, we accept returns or exchanges only in the case of products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive an item in such condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear images of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund for the affected product. As each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail, returns for any reason other than damage or incorrect delivery cannot be accommodated.
