Every piece is entirely handcrafted by skilled artisans using Petit Point, Satin Stitch, and French Knot embroidery on pure textiles such as pashmina and georgette. Our designs are rooted in Indian tradition and crafted in limited quantities.

We specialize in hand-embroidered saris, pure pashmina shawls, dupattas, and embroidered borders that can be customized or attached to existing garments.

Yes. Every product is hand-embroidered and finished manually by artisans with decades of experience. No machine embroidery is used at any stage.

We offer complimentary shipping via our trusted delivery partners all across India.

Orders within India typically arrive within 7–10 working days.

As all pieces are handcrafted, returns and exchanges are accepted only if the wrong product has been delivered or if the item arrives damaged. In such cases, kindly inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and the order details. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags, packaging, and folds intact.

Products without damage or defects are not eligible for return. Variations in color, minor artisanal irregularities, or natural weaving characteristics are not considered defects, as these are inherent to handcrafted textiles.

Yes. We welcome custom commissions for saris, shawls, dupattas, and embroidered borders. Personalised designs require additional production time.

You can drop an email at designprastuti@gmail.com requesting the cancellation and stating the reason. If the order has not been processed yet, we will cancel it for you.

We accept credit and debit cards, net banking, and UPI transactions for online payments.

All products must be dry-cleaned only. Store them in breathable fabric bags away from moisture and direct sunlight to maintain the embroidery, colour, and fabric quality.
